© 2026 CHECK6 - Born in military aviation. Built for business

WHY CHECK6

BUILT TO CHANGE HOW ORGANIZATIONS WORK.

CHECK6 brings operational discipline, organizational learning and cultural change together in one practical system. The method shapes behavior. Repeated behavior builds culture. Culture sustains performance.

We apply it to real plans, decisions and execution. The methodology becomes part of how people prepare, align, act, review and improve—so its value remains inside the organization and strengthens every cycle that follows.

FORGED IN REAL OPERATIONS

TRANSLATED FOR BUSINESS

APPLIED TO LIVE WORK

Execution Next™ draws on first-hand experience from environments where clarity, coordination, adaptability and honest review directly affect performance.

The operating principles have been adapted to organizational reality—without importing military hierarchy, language or theatre.

CHECK6 works on the plans, decisions and challenges already in front of the organization. Learning and improvement happen while the business continues.

DESIGNED TO TRANSFER

CHECK6 builds shared tools, repeatable rituals and internal capability that remain within the organization.

BUILT IN MILITARY AVIATION.
TRANSLATED FOR BUSINESS.

Military aviation does not improve by relying on exceptional individuals or perfect missions. It improves through a shared operating discipline: define intent, prepare for uncertainty, align everyone before action, adapt without losing the objective and review honestly enough to make the next mission better.

CHECK6 brings that discipline into organizations. Not the language, hierarchy or theatre of the military, but the practical behaviors that allow teams to coordinate, take ownership and turn experience into better decisions and stronger execution.

THE ORIGIN GIVES CHECK6 ITS RIGOR.
THE TRANSLATION MAKES IT
USEFUL.

THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND CHECK6

Every CHECK6 engagement is grounded in first-hand fighter aviation experience.

ANTONIO AUGELLO
Founder of CHECK6 and creator of Execution Next™

Antonio Augello is a former Italian Air Force fighter pilot and Squadron Commander, with more than 3,000 flight hours and experience across several international operational missions.

Throughout his career, he held command and flight safety responsibilities in environments where planning, coordination, adaptability and honest review directly affect mission outcomes. His work on human and organisational factors focused on turning errors, operational friction and experience into prevention, system change and shared learning.

He founded CHECK6 to translate the disciplines that make fighter aviation effective into a practical system for business: clear intent, rigorous briefings, accountable execution and honest reviews.

That translation became Execution Next™: a methodology designed to turn what happens today into stronger organisational capability for whatever comes next.

EVERY EXECUTION BUILDS THE NEXT.

THE VALUE SHOULD REMAIN AFTER WE LEAVE.

Every engagement is designed to leave the organization with greater clarity, stronger operating discipline and a repeatable way to learn from its own experience.

The tools remain.
The behaviors continue.
The organization builds the next execution from a stronger starting point.
